Ordering & Quotes

Email massfixtures@gmail.com, call or text +1 832-251-3997 on WhatsApp, or use the contact form. Send photos, a floor plan, or a facade address and we will come back with a written, configuration-based quote.
Yes. Every quote is free and written, with your sizes, finishes, and hardware itemized line by line before you commit to anything.
We confirm every message on the same business day. Most written quotes go out within 3-7 business days depending on scope, and multi-location rollouts may take longer because every site gets its own spec.
There is no minimum. A single showcase or slatwall panel gets the same process as a fifty-fixture rollout: send the space, get a spec, approve a quote.
Rough dimensions and photos are enough to start. We confirm final numbers on the spec sheet before anything is built, so the quote reflects reality rather than guesses.

Retail Fixtures

Gondola shelving, H-frame island units, slatwall panels, full vision and extra vision showcases, checkout and cash wrap counters, and specialty cigarette display racks and dispensary fixtures with spring-loaded pushers, all configured to your floor plan.
Gondola shelving is the freestanding double-sided shelving system you see in most retail aisles. It is the most flexible fixture in retail: adjustable shelves, end caps for impulse zones, and runs that reconfigure as your layout changes. If you stock packaged goods, it is almost certainly the right backbone.
A full vision showcase is glass on all four sides and the top, built for island placement where customers approach from every direction. An extra vision showcase adds a solid lower base with storage under the glass. Both are available with tempered glass, LED lighting, and locks.
In most cases, yes. Federal law (21 CFR 1140.16) generally prohibits self-service displays of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco in stores accessible to customers under 21. Many retailers add locks for shrink control even where the law does not require them.
A spring-loaded pusher is a tray with a spring behind the product that slides every pack forward as customers buy. The wall always looks full, staff restock less often, and facing gaps that read as "poorly managed" disappear. We build pusher systems sized for cigarettes, OTP, and vape products.
It depends on the unit and shelf. Standard-duty shelves carry a few hundred pounds each, heavy-duty units more, and the real number for your layout goes on the spec sheet so you never guess at load capacity.
Yes. Matte black powder coat, chrome, slatwall colors, and print colors can all be matched to what you already own, which matters when you are expanding a run or replacing one damaged unit in an otherwise matched wall.
Yes. Hooks, brackets, glass shelves, pusher components, and shelf parts ship individually, so one damaged piece never forces a mismatched replacement wall.

Signage

Exterior channel letters (front-lit, halo-lit, open-face), pylon signs, monument signs, LED box signs, neon, plus interior wayfinding, window graphics, and ADA-compliant interior signage.
Industry-wide, illuminated storefront channel letters commonly run from a few thousand dollars to well over $10,000 installed depending on letter size and count, illumination type, mounting, electrical runs, and permits. We quote from your actual facade, and our written quote itemizes every cost so you can compare it against any competitor line by line.
Front-lit letters light the face of each letter and offer the clearest night readability, which is why they are the standard for retail. Halo-lit letters glow against the wall and suit premium positioning. The budget often decides, and both are quoted side by side when you send a facade photo.
Yes. Exterior signs in Houston require a permit under the city's sign ordinance, and size, height, and placement rules vary by property and zoning. We guide you through the permit before fabrication, so the sign you install is a sign you can keep.
A straightforward storefront sign with permit approval typically runs a few weeks. Larger illuminated systems and pylon signs run longer because fabrication, electrical work, and permit review stack up. Your written quote carries a real timeline, not an optimistic one.
A pylon sign is tall, usually on one or two poles, built to be read from a road or highway at distance. A monument sign is low, wide, and anchored to the ground, suited to entrances and shopping centers. Sight distance, zoning, and landlord rules usually decide which one a property allows.
Illuminated signage is built with UL-listed electrical components under UL 48 and UL 879 standards for electric and neon signs.

Printing

Print-ready PDF with fonts embedded or outlined is ideal. If that sentence means nothing to you, send whatever you have (a logo, a photo of an old card, a Word file) and we will prep it or tell you exactly what to fix.
Bleed is extra background art that extends about an eighth of an inch past the final trim edge of the piece. It guarantees no white slivers appear if the cut is a fraction off. We check bleed on every file before production, free of charge.
Many digital items such as business cards, flyers, and posters run the same-day or next-day. Large-format, specialty finishes, and bulk offset runs follow their own schedules, and your delivery date is confirmed on the proof before production starts.
Digital printing is cost-effective for short runs and fast turnarounds because there are no plates to make. Offset printing costs more to set up but the per-piece price drops sharply on large quantities, which is why bulk brochure and card runs go offset.
Yes. Send your logo, text, and any reference pieces, and our team preps print-ready artwork and sends a proof for your approval before anything runs. Design help is available on both small collateral and full banner layouts.

Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Yes. We freight-ship gondola shelving, glass showcases, and created signage to all 50 states. Houston-area orders get local delivery and installation support.
Gondola runs and showcases ships created or palletized by freight. We confirm packaging, carrier, and tracking on your order, and we flag anything that needs a forklift or liftgate at delivery so there are no surprises on arrival day.
Note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and photograph the packaging and the item, then contact us the same day. Freight claims have strict windows, and documenting at delivery is what protects your replacement.
In the Houston metro area, yes, including signage installation with permit compliance. For national orders we coordinate with your contractor and supply install drawings and specs so the local crew has what it needs.
